What is EMART2’s refund policy?
Our official refund policy for all products sold at EMART2 is as follows:
EMART2 will allow unconditional refund of any product within 30 days from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise on the product sales page. After 30 days all sales are final.
How are customer inquiries handled?
When a customer reaches us by email, our first response is to offer technical support for the product. However, if the customer insists on a refund, refund will be issued within 5 working days.
Please Note: Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.
What about customers who try to abuse the refund policy?
Customers requesting unreasonable refunds will be blocked from making further purchases. However, we will always issue refunds, no question asked.
What is the policy for refunds requested within 30 days?
Customers requesting a return within 30 days of purchase will be approved by our customer service team unconditionally. No question asked. No hassle. No funny business.
What is the policy for refunds requested after 30 days?
After 30 days all sales are final. Customers requesting a return after 30 days will not be approved.
Is refund applicable to transaction through TrialPay?
No, because with TrialPay, you already got our product for free.
Is refund applicable to 3rd-party products?
No. However, all 3rd-party products have their own refund policy which may be different from us and should be stated clearly on their websites. Any refund request for a particular 3rd-party product should be directed to the respective vendor.
